In our therapy, we will use a variety of evidence-based mind-body tools. These include EFT Tapping, guided imagery, and other forms of energy psychology. These tools help you make progress toward your therapy goals quickly and painlessly. We will also discuss events in your life. You will learn new and more empowering ways to think about things. The trauma-informed approach helps you release any emotions from previous traumatic events in a way that keeps you feeling emotionally safe and never re-traumatized.

Core principles

I will meet you where you are, no matter your spiritual orientation. However, you might like to know a little about how I see things – so here you are! The things that unite us are far more important than those that seem to divide. We are one human family, sharing one beautiful planet. Unfortunately, the path of growth for us is often through conflict and hardship. Fortunately, these things do not last forever. We are on a constant – if sometimes really, really slow – path of growth and evolution.

One of the most auspicious events of the past two centuries is the blending of Eastern and Western thought. The great world religions all carry the same core principles, and perhaps the most fundamental of these is to treat others the way we would like to be treated. While it is true that not everyone is on board with this simple truth just yet, we are much further along than people were even 100 years ago. And we are not finished yet!

I’m sharing here an invocation that is relatively new to humanity. If we use it with dedication and clear intention, we can all participate in healing the divides and the “great heresy of separation” as we usher in a new age. You can learn more about this invocation here.

The Great Invocation

From the point of light within the mind of God,
let light stream forth into human minds.
Let light descend on earth.

From the point of love within the heart of God,
let love stream forth into human hearts.
May the Coming One return to earth.

From the center where the will of God is known,
let purpose guide all little human wills –
the purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the center which we call the human race,
let the plan of love and light work out
and may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let life, and love, and power
restore the Plan on earth.
